QUOTES FROM THIS ISSUE:

"It's about the determination to train while still keeping the quality time with the children and husband on top of the priority list." ROMY ANDERSON - multi-sport mom

"I often think an added benefit (of being a mom) is that it is impossible to overtrain ... there are a lot of sessions that I would love to do sometimes, but are just not possible due to family commitments and in a way I feel it holds me back from over-doing the training and fuels the enthusiasm for the next session." JANE BREWER - multi-sport mom

"It is hard to explain the emotion of crossing the finish line with your family there shouting: Go Mommy Go!" JANINE WENCKE - multi-sport mom
