Whether you are a seasoned athlete and triathlete or just starting out on your multi-sport adventures, Club MSM can offer you a home. With flexible membership options, you can tailor-make your membership to meet your needs and your pocket.
Our membership year runs from 1 September to 31 August each year.

To join the club, all members need to take out a Basic Membership from which to build their unique membership. Depending on their age and/or whether there is more than one person joining from a family, they will need to choose one of the following options first:
- Senior membership: All athletes that are 18 and over can join the club for R250 per year or R175 per part year (valid from beginning of April each year)
- Junior membership: Athletes under the age of 18 can join the club for R175 per year or R100 per part year (valid from April each year).
- Family membership: Where there are two or more members of a family wanting to join, the cost is R250 for the first member and R125 per family member thereafter.
All members who take out these types of membership will benefit from the following:
- Weekly newsletters (published every Friday): Newsletters are aimed at keeping members up to date about upcoming events; about what other members are doing; results and other important information relevant to our members.
- Weekly training (Wednesday evenings): Members can meet at the Big Bay Lifesaving Centre (home of Club MSM) on Wednesday evenings for group swimming and running training sessions.
- Awards Evening (annually): Club MSM hosts an annual Awards Evening where we recognise the achievements of our members over the year in various categories.
- Club Events: As a club affilated to the Western Province Triathlon Association, our club is mandated to host one triathlon and one duathlon a season. Members can obviously participate, but are also encouraged to assist and promote the club by hosting strong events that further multi-sport in the Western Province.
- Group Training: The aim of the club is also to facilitate group training of athletes who want to train at the same level. We encourage members to circulate details of their regular training routines so that other members can find like-minded training partners.
For basic membership please download the Club MSM membership form from the box on the right.

We encourage all members to screen print the logo onto their kit in a prominent position and not smaller than 12cm in width. We can recommend a service provider.
- Running kit: All members who take out a running licence HAVE to purchase our running tops (see photo on the right) as per the requirements of Western Province Athletics. The cost of the running tops is R200 (a reduced price).
